Naugatuck Savings Bank offers qualified first time homebuyers discounted fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages. Income and sale price limits are 5% above the limits published by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Appraisal fees will be refunded to borrowers at the time of closing.
